If your product arrives defective or damaged, we offer a free replacement. If we cannot provide a suitable replacement or resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.


If the issue is not due to an error on our part (i.e. a low resolution image upload) we're happy to offer you another product at a discounted price. You can choose to keep the original design or create a new one.
